These terms govern your relationship with Sugi Studio. By accessing our services, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Services
Sugi Studio provides digital design and development services. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final visual assets and code is transferred to the client. Sugi Studio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
3. Payment Terms
Standard projects require a 50% deposit before commencement. Final files are released upon receipt of the remaining balance.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sugi Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital products.
